THE GATE · ON YOUR PACKAGE
Drop a package. Watch it get read.
Your real PPAP, EMPB or FAI package, as PDF. In about ten seconds you get findings cited to the clause they break — the same ones that would come back as a rejection six weeks from now.
Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Verify it yourself: open your network tab.

Synthetic, fully anonymized submissions — the findings are the kind two human reviews miss.
CAPABILITY ENGINE — a document-layer subset: 21 rules across three submission regimes, six of them cross-document, no customer-specific requirements. The production gate reads every value against 70 standards and your CSRs — that is the four-week pilot.
WHAT IT RECOGNIZES
It reads your regime, not a generic checklist.
The package is classified before it is scored. Grading a German EMPB against the AIAG 18 elements produces confident nonsense, so we do not do it — if no regime is recognized, the page says so and runs only the rules that hold everywhere.
AIAG PPAP
The 18 elements, PSW and signature, declared submission level, Cpk against the 1.33 bar. North American and global OEM programs.
VDA 2 PPF · EMPB
Vorlageumfang and Vorlageanlass, EMPB cover sheet, declared Vorlagestufe, Produktionslenkungsplan, Prüfmittelfähigkeit, and the Cmk bar at 1.67 that AIAG rules never check. German OEMs and their supply base.
AS9102 FAI
Forms 1 to 3, characteristic accountability, ballooned drawing, special processes. Aerospace and defence.
Everything else
Medical, energy, semiconductor, industrial: no regime is claimed, and the regime-neutral rules still run — part identity, revision state, capability values, measurement-system evidence, certificate class, date coherence, machine readability. Your regime is configured in the pilot.
THE HONEST VERSION
What this page does, and what it deliberately does not.
This is a capability engine: a constrained subset, built to be checkable by you in ten seconds rather than impressive in a demo. The production gate is a different machine.
On this page, free
- Reads the text layer of a PDF, up to 200 pages
- 21 rules, six of which compare one document against another
- Three submission regimes recognized automatically
- Dates, materials and gauges cross-checked between documents; measured values are not
- No customer-specific requirements — your customer’s quality manual is not in here
- Nothing leaves the browser, so nothing is remembered
In the four-week pilot
- Excel, CAD, native records, and scans through OCR
- The full production ruleset against 70 standards
- Your customer’s CSRs and quality manual, clause by clause
- Every value cross-checked: drawing against measurement against certificate against control plan
- Runs on your real inbound queue, inside your tenancy
- A cited verdict per package, with the escape path named
BEFORE YOU ASK
The four questions everyone asks.
What happens to my package?
Nothing. It is read by JavaScript running in this tab. There is no upload, no server call, no storage, and no copy. Open your network tab before you drop it and watch: the page makes no request. That is also why we cannot email you the report — we never had the file.
Will it work on my package?
If it is a PDF with a text layer, yes. Scanned pages are detected and reported as unreadable rather than silently skipped, because a page a machine cannot read is a record a machine cannot verify. Excel workbooks, CAD models and native quality records are part of the pilot, not this page.
We are not automotive. Is this useful?
Partly, and the page will tell you which part. The regime-neutral rules — identity, revision state, capability, measurement systems, certificates, dates, readability — hold in any regulated supply chain. The regime-specific scan only runs when it recognizes PPAP, VDA or AS9102. Medical, energy and semiconductor regimes are configured in the pilot against your own standards set.
Why only 21 rules?
Because everything on this page has to survive you checking it. The production ruleset is orders of magnitude larger, but rules that need your customer’s quality manual, cross-document value computation, or OCR cannot run in a browser tab on a stranger’s laptop without either uploading your file or lying about what it did. So they are in the pilot instead.
THE NEXT STEP
You have watched it read one package. Now let it read your queue.
Four weeks, one commodity, your real inbound packages, your reviewers in the loop. At the end you get the delta: what the gate caught that your people did not, and what it cost you to find out the slow way.
Scope and price are agreed before week 1. If the gate finds nothing your reviewers missed, you pay nothing.
