Humanoid arm / cobot structures
ISO 10218-1 and ISO/TS 15066. The Collaborative Safety Gate is structured and ready for engagement.

Structural factor of safety ≥ 1.50
Payload structural FOS ≥ 1.50 at 8 kg

Where the part lives or dies.
ISO 10218-1 defines the protective-stop requirements every industrial robot must satisfy before it enters a shared workspace. ISO/TS 15066 sets the contact-force and pressure limits that govern cobot payload and speed envelopes. Every actuator housing, arm link, and end effector must be verified against both before a robot works beside people. One gap in the safety case and the cobot does not deploy.
WHAT THE GATE RECOVERS
60 to 300 hrs
Labour a single submission consumes. About half recovered per verified package.
Toward 95%
First-pass approval rate. Production agents score the full package before it leaves your desk.
Weeks back
Per submission, recovered from review loops and re-test cycles avoided.
1 to millions
Each verified submission authorizes the parts that follow.

Roadmap
Use cases this sector displaces.
- Verifying humanoid arm structural members against ISO 10218-1 protective-stop load requirements
- Qualifying harmonic actuator housings against contact-force and pressure limits under ISO/TS 15066
- Assembling dexterous hand and end-of-arm tooling safety evidence packages for customer review
- Cross-checking mobile-manipulator frame certifications against payload and speed envelope limits
- Flagging end-of-arm tooling documentation gaps before collaborative-cell sign-off
START HERE
Bring one part. We run it through the gate.
Declare your part and its submission intent. We run it through the Submission Gate and hand back the verdict and the certificate. One part. One pass. Everything cited.
Today we authorize the structure. Tomorrow we help build the robot.
